Sprouts, Turkey and Tomato Sandwich
- 8 slices whole-wheat bread, lightly toasted
- 8 slices fully-cooked Norbest Turkey Breast
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 4 tablespoons bacon and tomato flavored or Thousand Island salad dressing
On four slices of toast arrange 2 turkey slices and 2 tomato slices. Top each with 1/2 cup sprouts, one tablespoon salad dressing and remaining toast. To serve, cut sandwich into quarters.
