• 1 package (32 ounces) frozen hash brown potato cubes
  • 3/4 pound Norbest Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • Pepper to taste


In a large saucepan, over high heat, combine potatoes with two quarts water. Bring to boil and cook 2 to 4 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Do not overcook. Drain thoroughly. Add Norbest turkey, celery, onions, green pepper, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and pepper. Mix thoroughly; cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
